      7. Physical, Virtual, and Combo Products? Not that I see. So they could create a virtual product about how to maintain their XYZ, the stuff that always breaks…the stuff that is annoying for them…they can then sell hardware at the same price as competitors but they also have a virtual product that makes them a friend in their industry…and increases the value of doing business with them…
